At Out & Equal, we don’t call companies out, we walk with them. Quietly. Strategically. Steadily. I’ve sat in every seat our Partners occupy: young, out professional, DEI lead, ERG founder, HR executive, even board advisor. I came out in my 20s at a Big 5 consulting firm, and grew a career at the intersection of business and inclusion. I know just how hard this work can be and how lonely it can feel. That’s why we don’t just offer best practices. We offer real partnership. Behind the scenes. In the hard moments. With the late-night calls, the tough trade-offs, the experiments that didn’t go perfectly.
